I’m always impressed by people who create their own food products. I stumbled upon Bella Bars at a local Dallas fitness studio and had a chance to sample one. I’m not 100% sure which flavor I tasted, but I think it was the mint chocolate chip. The texture was unexpected since the bar resembled a soft cookie.
